  • STEP 2: PLAN-BUILDING AND DELIVERY

    I build a fitness and nutrition plan based on your goals, schedule, available training tools, nutritional needs, and time constraints.

  • STEP 3: WEEKLY ZOOM MEETINGS

    We’ll meet every week to assess your progress, keep you on track, and modify anything that needs it.
