You’ll tell me what you hope to achieve and how you’d like to get there. If we’re a good fit, we get to work!

STEP 2: PLAN-BUILDING AND DELIVERY
I build a fitness and nutrition plan based on your goals, schedule, available training tools, nutritional needs, and time constraints.

STEP 3: WEEKLY SESSIONS
We’ll meet every week–in-person or online–to assess your progress, keep you on track and motivated, and modify anything that needs it.
